When are the photos available online?

1 week. I really do edit every single frame.

For most weekend events, I tell guests that they can see the photos as soon as a few days, though sometimes they are posted as early as the next day, depending on the number of events we have over the weekend.

Digital Photos

All photo booth packages include the photos and gigs on a memory stick or can be downloaded from the provided link.

You will receive them within 1 week of the event.

What do you need to set up?

I need access to a traditional power outlet. I bring everything we need like seating and a table for our props, but if your venue has extra, we'd love to use your table (of any size) w/ matching linens.

How much space do you need?

For the best results, we ask for 10x10x10 feet of wall space for the backdrop and prop area. The actual unit typically sits 6-7 feet from the backdrop, but we still need room for a prop/drink table.

How long do you need for set-up/break-down?

A. Set-up and photo testing take about 45 minutes, and roughly 60 minutes. This time is not billed to you.

Break down can be about 30-40 minutes.

Are props provided?

Our collection of props is complimentary with every booking. Doesn’t fit your theme or décor? BYOP (Bring Your Own Props) or let us know what you're looking for and we can help you provide them for an additional fee.

Can children use the booth?

Absolutely! Kids are the best at the photo booth! Kids under 3 must be held by an adult, but the rest are at their own risk stepping with our assistance onto a booth box.

Can I bring my own fabric backdrop?

Yes! Make sure there’s a 4” loop hemmed on top so we can easily slide it on our rod. Our typical backdrop measures 9’ high x 9' wide.

What if we don’t have WiFi at the venue?

No worries! For events out in the wilderness with no WiFi connection, photos will be automatically uploaded once a connection is found.

Sales tax is required on all the packages.

$2 per mile rate applies for any events outside the 25-mile radius of New Britain, CT.

What to Expect?

During this unprecedented time employees will be wearing masks and sanitizing our booths and sharing stations regularly.

Beginning May 1st 2021, Alicja Photography will be resuming the use of props unless specifically requested by the client not to do so. Use of props is at the risk of the user.

We will be encouraging guests to sanitize props before and after use and to practice safety standards when taking photos but will not impose or enforce rules on guests unless instructed by the host to do so.

*Anti-bacterial provided for both attendants and guests

*Contactless; to prevent multiple people touching our screen for a print/text/email…we will select one point of contact to send digital copies too. At that point you may reach them to text you the photo. This will not only optimize time, but maintain a safe, sanitary situation.
